Co-proctor 

A group of well rounded athletes have gathered to create a free community workout program. With backgrounds in weight-training, personal training, martial arts training, track & field and more, our objective is to spread health and wellness. Each month a different challenge is administered which documents and focuses on certain body abilities. Men and women are participants in the study. Each challenge has an excel sheet, and progress chart that all participating members fill out daily, and at the end of the month we gather feedback and initiate those concerns into the following months challenges.
